Spend American Independence Day in Town

Jul 01, 2019 07:56PM ● By Melissa Emerzian
We think of July 4, 1776, as the day that represents the birth of the United States as an independent nation. It was the day the Continental Congress approved the final wording of the Declaration of Independence.  This holiday, you can enjoy a full day of celebrating in Loomis beginning with a parade and breakfast, and ending with belting out some tunes.

Sunrise Park Bike Parade and Breakfast
Decorate your wheels (bike, stroller, scooter, skateboard) and head to Sunrise Park for the annual 4th of July parade. Parade beings at 8:30AM and ends with a pancake breakfast at 9AM. Remember to bring a chair to  spectate!

Gander Taphouse
Gander Taphouse is releasing their new menu this week in time for the 4th. They will be open until 4PM on the 4th, serving up food and drinks that alone are worth celebrating.

Casque Winery
The Casque tasting room will be open on July 4th from 11AM to 5PM. Stop in and enjoy  some Red, White and Rosé or take some to go for celebrating this Independence Day!

Sullyś Bar and Grill
Sullyś will be serving up happy hour on the 4th from 3PM to 6PM. Stay for karaoke at 9PM.
